CIA MKUltra: Mind Control, LSD and Secret Assassination Plots

Dr.Docs' Take

This is the one where I do not have to convince you of anything, because the government already confessed. MKUltra was a real CIA program that dosed unwitting Americans with LSD, ran hypnosis and sensory-deprivation experiments, and chased the dream of a controllable human mind, and we only know the scale because a clerk missed a stack of files during the 1973 shredding. Every wild theory I love usually dies the moment you check the evidence. This one strolled into daylight carrying its own paperwork, and it is the scariest film on the whole shelf for exactly that reason.

This documentary digs into MKUltra, the top-secret CIA program born in the Cold War that pursued the terrifying goal of controlling the human mind. It examines the agency's experiments with LSD, interrogation, and alleged assassination plots, and the ethical wreckage they left behind. The film treats the subject with the seriousness it demands, drawing on the declassified record rather than pure speculation. A gripping watch for anyone interested in Cold War history, intelligence agencies, and government secrecy. Free to watch in HD on Dr Documentary.
