The ENTIRE History of Israel (Documentary)

Editor's Take

Following the land across more than two thousand years of empires, religions, and conflicts, this account moves from Roman rule and the destruction of the Second Temple through the long centuries that led to the modern state. It presents a complicated and contested chronology as a single narrative line. On a subject where interpretation is fiercely disputed, the film serves as a broad timeline rather than an adjudication. Viewers should read it as one account among many of a deeply argued history.
