Mum and Me
This documentary offers an intimate portrait of the bond between a filmmaker and her mother as Alzheimer's slowly changes their relationship. First broadcast in 2009, it struck a chord far beyond families touched by the disease. Through honest, personal footage, the film explores love, memory and loss with rare tenderness. It is a deeply moving study of caring for a parent through dementia. Free to watch in HD on Dr Documentary.
