Back to the Caves: Philippines' Taaw't Bato's Return to the Jungle

This documentary returns to the Taaw't Bato of Palawan in the Philippines, a secluded community first revealed to the world in 1978. It follows their seasonal retreat into the vast caves where they shelter, hunt bats, and fish through the harsh rainy season. The film observes a way of life lived close to the jungle and shaped by tradition, without turning it into spectacle. It is an absorbing watch for anyone drawn to remote cultures and the natural world of Southeast Asia. Free to watch in HD on Dr Documentary.
