Tibet, the Path to Wisdom
This documentary follows Ani Rigsang, a Buddhist nun who leaves Lhasa for a nomadic life across Tibet's high plateau to reconnect with traditions now under strain from rapid change. It moves through vast landscapes of white cloud and open grassland as she seeks a deeper spiritual path. The film balances quiet observation with a real sense of what is being lost. It is a reflective portrait of faith, freedom, and a way of life pressed by the modern world. Free to watch in HD on Dr Documentary.
