Butchers Fighting Cheap Meat
This documentary follows trained butcher Mark Junglas, who is disgusted by factory farming and determined to do better. He argues that eating meat is fine only if animals have led a good life and are spared a stressful death, and he sets out to prove it. The film explores ethical butchery as a challenge to cheap, industrial meat. A thoughtful watch on food, farming and the ethics of what we eat. Free to watch in HD on Dr Documentary.
