The Battle That Prevented a Nuclear World War Three
This documentary recounts a desperate stand during the Korean War, when Australian and Canadian troops held their ground against a massive Chinese advance in April 1951. Outnumbered and still digging their defences, they fought to prevent a breakthrough that could have widened into a far larger war. The film reconstructs the battle and honours the men who held the line. Vivid and well-told, it revives a hard-fought clash too often forgotten. Free to watch in HD on Dr Documentary.
