Closed Sea

This documentary reveals the untold story of migrants who tried to flee Libya for Italy during the 2011 war, only to be turned back into the hands of Gaddafi's regime. It uncovers the consequences of an agreement between the Italian and Libyan governments that sealed their fate. The film gives voice to endangered people caught in a closed sea. A sobering watch for anyone interested in migration, human rights, and Mediterranean politics. Free to watch in HD on Dr Documentary.
