A whole lamb cooked the traditional way in a remote Afghan village that no foreigner had ever visited - this is the unseen side of Afghan food almost nobody gets to experience! Today we're going completely off grid in Afghanistan - two hours from Kabul, deep into the mountains of Wardak, to my friend Bilal Kamal's home village, where he's taking me to meet the elders - his father and uncles - and cook a traditional Afghan feast together.
