Chef José Andrés’ Fight to Feed the Hungry | Hear Me Out
This episode of Hear Me Out was created in 2021. Chef Jose Andres went from a small town in Spain to internationally renowned chef and humanitarian. His cooking career started in NYC, and he is credited with bringing the ‘tapas’ craze to the US that launched him into celebrity chef stardom, winning James Beard awards and Michelin stars on his way. In 2010, he founded World Central Kitchen, a non-profit dedicated to disaster relief and eradicating world hunger.
