Plato writes down a story about a golden city the gods drowned, and three thousand years later we are still dragging sonar across the seabed hoping he filed a report and not a fable. I want Atlantis to be real so badly that I consider it a personal character flaw. Watch it for the awkward places where myth and geology are forced to shake hands. The honest answer is probably no, and I refuse to fully accept it.
