The best way to appreciate Wrocław is from tram line No. 1. It has been rolling through the city for 140 years - passing rubble, after the war, and past renovated facades, modern apartment blocks and the grassy banks of the River Oder, today. This film accompanies tram driver Tatjana Granowska on her daily journey through Wrocław, and features talks with people along tram line No. 1 - students, artists and other residents of this city on the Oder.
