This Cop Became the City's Most Feared Predator

When four young women in Bloomington, Illinois, are s3xually assaulted in their homes, police fear a serial rap!st is on the loose. Each victim recounts a similar story: a man who expertly stalks them, breaks in without forced entry, and uses a terrifying kit of tools to commit his crimes. As investigators struggle to find a lead, the attacks mysteriously stop, but only for a while.
