World's Poorest Country 'Burundi' (I can’t forget the things I saw)
I will never forget what I saw in Burundi! We are in Burundi, which has been the poorest country in the world almost every year for the last 62 years, according to the World Bank, IMF and many other official institutions. Burundi has a population of approximately 12.5 million people and the average monthly income of a working citizen is around $15 there. One out of every 3 citizen is unemployed. Welcome to the world's poorest country.
