Space Shuttle Columbia And The Death of 7 Crew Members

OUT OF CONTROL - COLUMBIA EXPLOSION OF THE SPACE SHUTTLE / February 1st 2003 : Spaceship Columbia is destroyed when entering the atmosphere after a two week long mission. The causes : some damages on the thermal protection system of the spaceship provoked a structural default on the left wing that eventually created an explosion.
