Antarctica: The Grand Episode

20261h 24mHD★ 7.8Nature & Wildlife

Antarctica is the coldest, windiest and most isolated continent on Earth. There are no cities, no roads, no trees, and almost no people. In this film, I travel to the Ukrainian Antarctic research station “Akademik Vernadsky” to show how polar explorers live and work at the edge of the world. We cross one of the most dangerous straits on the planet — the Drake Passage, reach the station on Galindez Island, and spend a week with the scientists who live there.
