UFO Government Files Declassified

Dr.Docs' Take

This traces UFO reports across centuries, from cryptic entries in old journals to modern classified investigations, arguing the government files are the interesting part. I enjoy the long historical view, because it shows the phenomenon did not begin with grainy 1950s photos. Whatever people have been seeing, they have been seeing it for a very long time. Watch it for the sweep, and for the sense that the official secrecy is older than any of us assumed.

For centuries, strange objects have been reported in the skies — from cryptic records in 16th-century journals to classified government investigations in the modern era. This documentary traces the evolution of UFO sightings, from wartime mysteries that fueled the U.S. Air Force’s secretive Project Sign, Grudge, and Blue Book, to the infamous Roswell incident and cases like Lonnie Zamora’s that still defy explanation.
