Refugees on EU's Doorstep

This short DW Documentary reports from the Spanish exclave of Ceuta on the North African coast, a new focus for refugees trying to reach Europe. It follows a local woman who offers food, medicine and advice to arriving migrants, even as the influx overwhelms the small enclave.
