From Boy to Man: Coming of Age in Siberia

This documentary follows Edik, a fourteen-year-old Nenets boy in northern Siberia, as he comes of age among the last reindeer herders of the Great North. During his spring break he leaves school to rejoin his parents on the tundra and take up the traditions of his people. The film captures a rite of passage in one of the world's harshest landscapes.
