Nomadic School: Education in the Remote Region of Iran
Rate itMember ratings
This documentary follows a teacher who walks with the Bakhtiari nomads through the Zagros Mountains of southwestern Iran during their spring migration. For three weeks he accompanies a herding family, and each evening he gathers the children for lessons on the move. The film captures both the beauty of the journey and the fragile effort to bring education into the wilderness. Gentle and moving, it is a quietly memorable portrait of learning and endurance.
