The Nomadic Night
Rate itMember ratings
This documentary climbs to the high plateaus of Ladakh in the Himalayas, where director Marianne Chaud lives among some of the last nomads at 4,500 metres. In a stark landscape where the sky meets endless rock, it follows their movements, rhythms, and quiet survival through the seasons. The film immerses itself in their world rather than explaining it from outside. Contemplative and beautiful, it is a rare glimpse of a vanishing way of life. Free to watch in HD on Dr Documentary.
