Medicine From the Jungle - Rainforest Pharmacy

This documentary explores the rainforest as a living pharmacy, drawing on the fact that bonobo apes use forest plants as medicine. It asks whether the healing secrets of the jungle will be lost as poaching and deforestation push these apes toward extinction. The film ties biodiversity to the medicines it could yield and the urgency of protecting it. A thought-provoking watch for anyone interested in rainforests, conservation, and natural medicine.
