Barbuda is paradise on earth: a small Caribbean island with beautiful beaches and clear water full of fish and lobster. While land is not for sale in Barbuda, Gaston Browne, the Prime Minister from Antigua, sees the coastline as a form of income for his government. He nevertheless granted a lease to foreign investors for the construction of the Barbuda Ocean Club. It will be a so-called "private paradise" with a large number of holiday villas, a golf course, beach club and helipad.
