Sitting on top of an active volcano and spanning over 3,000km, it contains a rich variety of wildlife and wondrous landscapes. Taken from 'Yellowstone' (2009) Larger than some American states, Yellowstone National Park is one of the world's last and most spectacular wildernesses - a global icon of natural beauty.
