How to Build a Snowman (With No Snow): Christmas DIY Activity
Rate itMember ratings
Can we build a snowman without snow and melt a snowman without heat? This is two science concepts in one, comparing physical change vs a chemical change. With just a few supplies, students can build a snowman out of baking soda and dish soap. Also, they can "melt" the snowman, using vinegar, with a chemical reaction. This is a fun, easy, and low-prep Christmas DIY activity or winter-themed activity for grades 3-8. Free to watch on Dr.Doc Kids.
